Spółdzielnia Socjalna „Integracja” w Bielsku Podlaskim zaprasza osoby pracujące na terenie powiatu bielskiego zainteresowane organizacją działań wolontarystycznych do udziału w projekcie „Żyj z pasją – działaj z pasją” dofinansowanego ze środków PO FIO. W ramach projektu oferujemy atrakcyjne, bezpłatne szkolenia przygotowujące do koordynacji wolontariatu. Projekt obejmuje 2 etapy:

I etap:
SZKOLENIA WSTĘPNE
Tematyka: efektywna współpraca z wolontariuszami: pozyskiwanie wolontariuszy, organizowanie pracy, wspieranie i motywowanie do działań wolontarystycznych, prawne aspekty wolontariatu, możliwości działań lokalnych poprzez wolontariat, praca nad własnymi pomysłami wdrożenia wolontariatu w swoim środowisku lokalnym.

Spośród uczestników I etapu 10 osób najbardziej zaangażowanych w życie społeczności lokalnej, mających możliwość realizacji działań wolontarystycznych w swoim miejscu pracy weźmie udział w II etapie projektu i zdobędzie kompetencje trenerskie jako mentor wolontariuszy

SZKOLENIA MENTORÓW
Tematyka: zasady efektywnego przygotowania kandydatów na wolontariuszy do działania, tworzenie projektów społecznych, pozyskiwanie środków na ich realizację i zarządzanie nimi oraz wizyta studyjna w organizacji mającej wieloletnie doświadczenie w pracy na rzecz społeczności lokalnej w oparciu o ideę wolontariatu.

- osoby pełnoletnie pracujące w organizacjach, instytucjach, przedsiębiorstwach na terenie powiatu bielskiego, zainteresowane współpracą z wolontariuszami oraz działaniem na rzecz społeczności lokalnej
- kolejność zgłoszeń
